He diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part in his truck and replaced the worn gear quickly. He obviously knows what he is doing. He made additional adjusts to the work and lubricated the mechanism without extra charge. The door operates better and more quietly than I can remember. Throughout the process he was friendly and pleasant. I'll call The Doors any time I have a garage door need.

Furthermore, I had been laboring for months on which manufacturer to use. He pointed out aspects I never considered, helping me finalize Garaga. The doors are gorgeous, but the installation is truly commercial. I’m so thankful for the work that he did for my home. Thank you Mark!

The torsion spring broke some time during the weekend. Called on Monday morning, & they were out to my house within 2 hours. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. He diagnosed the problem right away. He had the correct part on the service truck & installed the new spring in about 30 minutes. Now that is exceptional service!!! I will recommend The Doors Inc. to anyone that has a garage door problem!
